We know reality television can sometimes be a bit staged or “persuaded” as they would say, and a few editing mishaps on Selling Sunset Season 5 has fans questioning the validity of the show. Even Christine Quinn, who we know loves stirring the pot, has come out and said that there were numerous fake situations created just for the drama. The office scenes are a major indication that all you see isn’t real. Who talks about the dramas in their life in the office and has laptops turned off? Are they even working?! And eagle-eyed fans caught a major discrepancy when boss of the brokerage Jason Oppenheim was “taking a phone call” outside the office…but one minor detail was brushed over – the fact that his phone was open to the camera?! Who are you trying to fool with this, Netflix? Fans haven’t been able to get over the fact that a lot of the storylines and conversations seemed staged, and inconsistent editing just further proved their suspicions. From babies disappearing to drinks dancing around a table, either production got lazy on the cutting room floor or they have a lot of explaining to do.
