HWPO athletes Mal, Jayson, Katrin and Amanda met in Burlington to crush Individual Quarterfinals under Mat’s guidance. The crew was joined by HWPO STRONG coach Rob Kearney and HWPO LIFT coach Aimee Anaya Everett, and we’ve recapped all the behind-the-scenes action that went into this successful, eventful weekend — including, none other than a Sunday night home cooked meal by Sammy made special for this squad of HARD WORKERS.
