On February 22nd 1980, the USA men's hockey team defeated the Soviet Union during the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid. In fact, this showdown was so legendary, that it has since been nicknamed the 'Miracle On Ice', as the underdog Americans somehow pulled off one of the biggest upsets in the history of sports!

Since it's been 42 years since this iconic match took place and since much of the American's roster is still active within the sport to this very day, I began to ask myself: what happened to all of these players after their historical win?
