fable performs a milk of the siren acoustic cover with an originally produced and recreated instrumental. there are so many harmonies and layers! i love harmony stacking. the backing track is a karaoke instrumental i produced myself. this instrumental is not filtered at all! very clean and crisp almost like the official instrumental. it's melanie martinez's original song milk of the siren from the album portals. i filmed this cover like a music video! have you heard melanie martinez's new album portals? i was so excited when i saw that a deluxe version of Portals dropped! powder and pluto are amazing but i was instantly in love with Milk of the Siren. it's absolutely ethereal. i hope she releases a music video for milk of the siren! i create mashups and covers of popular songs, and i recently released a mashup of melanie martinez's songs. people seemed to enjoy it, and melanie is a huge inspiration to me, so here's my take on one of her new songs! i can't wait to see her on the portals tour this summer. is anyone else going? i wish i could have seen her during the crybaby or k-12 eras, but this one is going to be great!
