BEFORE ANYONE ASKS HOW I DID THIS, READ THE DESCRIPTION:
theres a few patches on smw central that lets you do stuff like this. one of the patches auto enables 1-player mode or 2-player mode, depending on if you have 00 or 01 in the asm patch. now, a LOT of mario world rom-hacks use this patch, and put it on the 1-player mode. but using asar and this patch (on 2-player enabled), you can patch the roms and enable multiplayer in hacks that weren't EVER supposed to have it. now, the creepypasta hack "i hate you" uses this patch in 1-player mode, but as said, you can download the patch, make it 2-player, and use asar to patch it onto the rom. now, theres another patch on smw central that gives mario and luigi seperate sprites. this is optional, however, and you don't need this patch for multiplayer to work. i did this for fun though. i also had no permission to do this, so ur on ur own finding the patches and stuff. and android users cant use asm patches (i think) so tough luck
