Welcome to Great Atmosphere. Today we start by taking a look at yesterday's unfortunately deadly storm system that ravaged parts of the Midwest. We then analyze the upper-level pattern to decipher how and why the end of this month could cause massive severe weather problems for the Eastern half of the CONUS. We'll also take a detour and dive into the current ENSO forecast for the summer/fall, how each global meteorological division is seeing it, and uncover some brand new research which aims to bring the teleconnection into a scope more in-line with present conditions.
