For the time being, Subaru's Solterra is as close as you're going to get to a full-battery-powered EV capable of being taken off-road, and it delivers that kind of capability to a decent extent. Developed in tandem with Toyota, it's Subaru's first ground-up EV and includes a lot of what Subaru's learned in the last few decades about off road technology.
