Mr. Conner was born June 12,1922, in Wichita and had been a Solomon, Kansas resident since 1923. He was an Army veteran of World War II and worked for the DS&O Rural Electric Cooperative. He was a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Salina Moose.
