Vegan Berry-Packed Protein Oatmeal Recipe
Serves 1 | 613 Calories | 39g Protein | 87g Carbs | 15g Fat

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- Water (amount varies depending on personal preference for consistency)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 30g KOS protein powder (or vegan protein powder of choice)

DIRECTIONS
1. Place oats in a microwavable bowl.
2. Add water.
3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
4. Stir in blueberries.
5. Stir in protein powder.

Variations (will change macros):
- Swap the water for plant-based milk
- Mix in plant-based milk after adding blueberries and protein powder
- Try different protein powder flavors
- Use a variety of berries
