Which Legendary Pokemon Can Beat a Pokemon Black and White Speedrun faster - Reshiram or Zekrom?

Reshiram, the vast white Pokemon, and Zekrom, the deep black Pokemon: In a head to head battle which member of the Tao Trio will come out on top? Will either be fast enough to take the top spot on our leaderboard?

Rules:
1. Only my starter in battle
2. No items in battle (held items are okay)*
3. No glitches or exploits
4. No hidden power (Makes the game inconsistently luck based)
5. No lucky egg
6. Pokemon being used has perfect IVs and a Neutral Nature (for consistency)

Pokemon specific items are not allowed (i.e. Pikachu light ball)*
Gems are not allowed*
