Sigh... I've put this off for too long. Once you get to floor 120 of the mines, you get the Skull Key. This unlocks the Skeleton Cavern, but more importantly, it unlocks the second minigame in the arcade, Junimo Kart! I'll be taking you through the game while giving pointers and showing you the rewards for winning!
