The Woodvale challenge is a rowing race across the Atlantic ocean from the Canary Islands, 5400Km to Antigua in the Caribbean.

One of my favourite expeditions was this solo row across the Atlantic. It was super tough, but at the same time, it allowed the magic of the ocean to fill my soul. This is the story of the most amazing team I have ever put together. It's about friendship, love, loneliness, fear, triumph, tragedy, pain, storms, birds, fish, passion, purpose and "Nyamezela" (perseverance).
