In the past it was always easy to recommend the Saucony Endorphin Speed over the Pro, because the Speed was more comfortable and versatile, cheaper, and almost as fast. This year, however, Saucony’s updates to the Endorphin Pro 3 have made it one of the best carbon plate racing shoes you can get, and opened up a bit of a gulf on the Speed 3.

So, which should you get (it not both)? In this video Run Testers Tom and Nick talk through the two shoes and give their verdict.
