I tested out this Crave battery bank and did some discharge test to verify the capacity. Discharging at 15W yielded 76% capacity and at 30W, it yielded 91%. Discharging at a low rate is very inefficient for the internal DC/DC converter. Hence, to get the most capacity from the product, you want to discharge at around 35Watts, or roughly the amount you would use when plugging one laptop in.
