Towering at almost two feet tall, this hunk of rusty metal began life as an advertising display and clock, shown off in bars and liquor stores in the years following the repeal of American Prohibition laws.

Heavily rusted inside and out, with a clock that was also rusted to a standstill and suffering from a broken mainspring, old Mr. Boston had probably given up all hope of ticking with life again, much less receiving a new set of clothes that garnered the looks of admiration that he was used to getting.

Watch as his old skin is abraded away, new fillers are added, his timepiece is miraculously brought back to life, and his flask home is made beautiful again.

Featured in this video: bead blasting and rust removal, ultrasonic cleaning, metal filler, powder coating, sign painting, mechanical clock repair and restoration.

This is a 100% authentic restoration.
