We review the 2021 Porsche Macan GTS, the enthusiast trim level. We discuss the compromises introduced to make a crossover a "sports car" and vice versa. This is still a Porsche that carries a higher price tag and increased expectations. With other vehicles like the BMW X3, X5, Alfa Stelvio, Jaguar F-Pace, Audi Q5, and, Genesis GV70 it's a hard choice.
