Felix the Cat Comic Collection: Wonder Books (1953-1980)
Felix the Cat Comic Collector

Wonder Books, established around 1946, targeted young readers and were first published by
Random House. Later, Curtis Publishing Company assisted in distribution. By 1953, Curtis and
Grosset & Dunlap had taken over Wonder Books.


The series remained in publication until 1977, and reprints continued until 1986 under various
publishers.


This series is quite confusing to document, as seen in this video. Felix was the main
character in a handful of these books, however, they seem to be a mixed bag of reprints and
reskins.
