In the year 2000, we decided to paint our 1961 retired Greyhound bus. Purchased from Motor Transportation Company in Hazleton, PA in 1986 still wearing the company orange and blue colors, it was time for a change. YouTube didn't exist and would not publish its first video until February 14, 2005. This is a slide show of pictures taken from the work performed in painting.
On that note, the Dotter Family, recently sold the Motor Transportation Company and is no longer in the bus business.
They and their dad Herman Dotter were instrumental, in getting me into this bus so many years ago. The bus enriched the lives of everyone in my family tremendously. When we purchased it, I said it would be the best or the worst thing we had ever done. It was unquestionably the best!
