Do you notice that you are losing distance on the course as you get older? Have you ever wondered why and what you could possibly do about it? The key to that is keeping your lower body strength and take advantage of using Ground Reaction Force. In order to properly load and unload for maximum club head speed you must be able to apply force into the ground systematically without having a power leak.
This exercise STAND-KNEEL-STAND or KNEEL-STAND-KNEEL is a great test for that. Besides, being able to easily get off the floor is a precious skill we cannot afford to lose...on and off the course.
