Chicken stir-fry is a classic Chinese dish in a healthy way to feed a family. Serve this over with white steam rice, noodles or bread. You can customize this dish with your favorite veggies, and this is ready in 30 minutes. In this video I use my favorite vegetables Bok-choy, Cabbage and Basil leaves to have an extra kick of this healthy dish. This is easy to make and delicious. This flavorful Chicken Stir Fry makes a great weekday meal!

Ingredients

Meat:
* 1 lb bone-less, skin-less chicken breast

Produce
* Bok-choy (3-4 small-head)
* 1/2 cup Basil, leaves
* 1 thumb Ginger, grates
* 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
* 6 Scallion leaves, separated

Sauce
* 3 tbsp Soy sauce, light
* 1 tbsp Soy sauce, dark
* 2 tbsp cooking wine
* 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
* 2 tbsp Sugar and 1 1/2 tsp sugar, (divided)
* 2 tsp white pepper
* 1 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
* 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch and 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (divided)
* Sesame seed (optional)
