On the 28th of May 2022, Sebastian Sepulveda Roman had been intoxicated whilst in the Millenia Shopping Mall in Orlando, Florida.

At around 7pm he was approached by an officer from the Orlando Police Department after not only was he intoxicated in public but the officer also alleged that Sebastian had approached a group of females who he believed were minors.

Sebastian was detained & was eventually let go after handing his drink over, however upon exiting the shopping mall the officer asked to look in his bag.

He was hesitant because of the firearm within & moments later shots rang out.
