Here in the video, you will see a method for helping you install crown faster and more efficiently! It’s all about the nailing plate and blocking method so you do not have to worry about hitting studs or roof rafters or trusses with your nailing. Instead, install a nailer plate and attach to the top plate of the walls. This will allow you have to less nail holes in your crown molding which means less puttying and Sanding. This method is really nice when you are installing a larger crown, especially like this one here in the video which is a 7” crown! I hope this little tips helps.
