Take a box of ordinary cake mix, add a couple of basic ingredients and turn it into the most delicious cookies ever! All you’ll need is some eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract, plus a little powdered sugar for dusting - give it a go!

Ingredients:

1 Box of Regular Cake Mix (I used Chocolate)
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil (I used Canola)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar (aka Powdered Sugar)

Preparation Time: About 15minutes + Chilling Time
Baking Time: About 10 - 12 minutes

MAKES APPROX.14 COOKIES (depending on size)
