NOTE: If you stack magicka your shield will be larger in PvP by around 1.5k-3k depending how far you go with it. By doing so, your health drops and you are more vulnerable to being ganked and 1 shotted unless you maintain your shield. As such, I'd still recommend some points in health but as you get more experienced with the build and class then slowly drop the health for more magicka.
