1. Igredients Used for the Red velvet cake

For the cake

1 box Red velvet cake mix
1 small pk (3.4oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding
1 cup melted butter at room temp
4 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream @room temp
1/4 cup cold plain coffee
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

For the frosting

8oz cream cheese @ room temp
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup)butter at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

2. Ingredients used for the carrot cake

1 box carrot cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup freshly grated carrots
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp All spice

Frosting (all ingredients must be at room temp)
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)
1 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 15oz box of Red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) of melted butter @ room temp
1 cup white chocolate chips (*save some to place on top of the cookie dough scoops)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

4. Ingredients used for the gingerbread cake

For the cake/ Bread

1 16oz pk of Ginger bread mix
1 1/4 cups buttermilk or whole milk
1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Spread 1tbsp of melted butter over the cake while it’s still hot!

For the lemon glaze

2 cups confectioner’s sugar
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

5. Ingredients used for the pistachio cake

For the cake

1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pk (3.4oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup vegetable oil (adds a lot of moisture)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
zest of 1 lime
4 eggs @ room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temperature
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
A few drops of green food color

For the caramel butter rum glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
4-5 Tbsp Heavy whipping cream
A drop of green food color

6. Ingredients used for the pineapple upside down cake

For the glaze

1/4 cup butter (4 Tbsp)
3/4 cup light brown sugar or brown sugar
About 7 pineapple rings from a 20oz can
10 or more maraschino cherries

For the cake

1 15oz box pineapple cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup pineapple juice from the same can
1 tsp vanilla extract
