The ASICS Novablast 4 made some bold changes this year by switching over to a more eco-friendly midsole foam and using a softer rubber compound for the outsole. But the Novablast 3 was already an excellent shoe. It was my Shoe of the Year last year. Let’s see if these changes were worth the risk.
