Tax season and coming year mumbo jumbo @GrantKeysProperties It’s tax time and we need to do our best at documenting expenses and getting everything in order l, so we aren’t paying massive tax because of lazy documentation folks. Then we got to look at everything and make big decisions for this year. Will we get another property and divide it into 2 rentals or do we need more cash and equity by doing lots of improvements on the current properties this year instead, to get ready for next year??
