Rags the dog was equal parts war hero, equal parts good boy. Originally a stray, he was taken in by American soldiers in France. And when they discovered his special talent for detecting missiles and delivering messages, it's believed that this precious pups saved the lives of so many soldiers. He deserves a treat for sure.
