Week 90 in the ongoing Ⓢ series, which follows the construction of a new 13-story senior living building in San Francisco. This is a #construction #timelapse compilation with time lapses and various closeups at various speeds, from the one-week period of October 18-24, 2021, condensing the week's activities into about 40 minutes.

This is the first episode in a long time without any work on the fin. It contains crane action from two different cranes. The larger crane is lifting air handling equipment to the roof. My understanding is that this would have been done back when the tower crane was still here, but the equipment was delayed by the pandemic. (Note that the larger crane is not at all at its maximum height, not even using the last extension, which remains on the truck.) The smaller crane is installing art (sculpture?) at the new bus stop in front of the building.

Also this week: the 4th wettest day (amount of rainfall in one day) ever in San Francisco's entire recorded history. Sunday got 4.02 inches of rain in a single day. San Francisco on average gets about 24 inches of rain annually, so that was 1/6 of San Francisco's entire normal annual rainfall in one day. Unfortunately, no major storms have followed since then, so California is still in a severe drought situation.
