How to make CHAWANMUSHI (savoury Japanese steamed egg)!
It's very delicate and silky smooth dish so especially kids love this!
This is a hot dish but it's also nice cold one if you put in the fridge, especially in Summer!

Ingredients: 4 servings

*Egg mixture
2 x eggs
360ml dashi
2tsp soy sauce
(I use light soy sauce but it's ok normal soy sauce if you don't have it)
1tsp mirin

*Fillings
50g chicken thigh
4 prawns
1 shiitake
3 - 4cm fish cake
EDAMAME
YUZU
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sake
