Wayne was out testing again at the GTI Spring Festival at Santa Pod Raceway, in his built Mk7.5 Golf R, which also has an uprated head, DQ500 gearbox, and Syvecs ECU, as well as having slicks all round. He pushed his PB quicker on every run, with a best of 9.72 at 139mph.
