She has to figure out that fighting for her life is not the answer. I put her in the most vulnerable position, with a rope around her flank, to go deep into her mind so she figures out that she is still alive and nobody is hurting her. She has to figure it out on her own.

Do not try this if you have not been taught it properly.

I had to rope her neck and then her flank. She put up a HUGE #fight and didn’t want to give in at all. It took her quite a while to give up and realize that the relief was with me.

Pls pls do not try this at home. This is an extreme case and I just had to help her through it. Think of taking your toddler to school the first day. It’s ugly, it tears out your heart, but they have to get through it.
