Easy Garlic Pasta With Vegetables And Shrimp | Penne Pasta Stir Fry | stir fry pasta with shrimp

Ingredients:
* 8 oz penne pasta
* 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
* 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
* 1/2 medium white onions, thinly sliced
* 2 carrots, julienned
* About 5 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 thumb size ginger, minced
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
* 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
* Salt to taste
* 1-2 scotch bonnet peppers
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
* Green onions, chopped
* Cilantro, chopped

Shrimp Marinade:
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
* 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
* 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch


Instructions:
* Clean and prepare vegetables.
* In a small bowl, add shrimps and season. Set aside.
* Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
* Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
* Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
* In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
* Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper and julienned carrot.
* Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp.
* Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan and stir.
* Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan and stir.
* Add sauces and chopped cilantro and toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions and chopped cilantro.
