In "Spider-Man 4: Home Run", Tom Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker, who finds himself in a world where his identity has been wiped from everyone's memory. Following the events of "Spider-Man: No Way Home", where Peter and Doctor Strange unintentionally unleashed multiversal chaos, Peter was forced to make a difficult choice. To restore order, he made a decision to reset everyone's memory, leaving him alone and starting from scratch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's (MCU) Phase 6.

As Peter adjusts to his new reality in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase 6, he realizes that being Spider-Man and protecting his neighborhood is an integral part of who he is. However, his heroic endeavors face an unexpected challenge when Rhino breaks out of prison, threatening to wreak havoc once again. Spider-Man engages in a thrilling battle against the relentless Rhino, showcasing his incredible agility and web-slinging skills to bring down the rampaging villain.

Amidst the chaos, Peter's path crosses with Aaron, a mysterious figure whose connection to him becomes apparent. Together with Phin, a close friend, they open a time capsule, setting off a chain of events that reveal secrets and lay the groundwork for the challenges ahead.

The underground organization known as the Underground launches attacks on Rio Morales' rally and Roxxon Security, posing a significant threat to the city. Determined to bring justice, Spider-Man prepares his new suit, equipped with cutting-edge technology, to enhance his crime-fighting abilities.

As the story unfolds, Peter discovers Rick and Phin's video recording, providing crucial insights and clues to unravel the mystery surrounding the ongoing threat. His quest for answers leads him to encounter the enigmatic Prowler and uncover Phin's mobile phone, drawing him closer to the truth.

Phin confides in Peter, sharing a secret that changes their mission's course. Spider-Man becomes a vigilant observer of the Underground, gathering information on their plans. However, he must make a difficult decision when he confronts Tinkerer, setting a chain of events into motion.
Simon Krieger, a key antagonist, captures Peter and Phin, plunging them into danger. They must find a way to escape the clutches of Roxxon Lab, battling against all odds. The truth about Peter's identity as Spider-Man is revealed, impacting those closest to him, including Rio, who discovers the shocking reality.
