I finally got my hands on the new Bonafide Kayaks RVR 119 river fishing kayak. I'm so excited to see this category of kayaks really making a resurgence in the past few years with the creation of the Crescent Shoalie, Jackson Coosa X, and finally the Bonafide RVR. Bonafides long time designer Hans Nutz has made waves in recent years with his unique perspective and attention to detail on designs like the SS127, RS117 and my personal favorite the EX123. After looking the new RVR119 over I can tell he put a lot of thought into the details river fisherman look for. I see a few things which may be lacking, or where other designs might have an edge, but I'll save that for my full review coming out soon. In the meantime enjoy a quick walk around of the new boat.
