Jon Lindsay is an Associate Professor at the School of Cybersecurity and Privacy at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). He has a joint appointment in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and a courtesy appointment in the School of Public Policy. Previously he was at the University of Toronto. He is the author of Information Technology and Military Power (Cornell University Press, 2020) and co-editor of Cross-Domain Deterrence: Strategy in an Era of Complexity (Oxford University Press, 2019), with Erik Gartzke, and China and Cybersecurity: Espionage, Strategy, and Politics in the Digital Domain (Oxford University Press, 2015), with Tai Ming Cheung and Derek Reveron, and numerous publications in international relations, intelligence studies, and the sociology of technology.
