Custard Flan Cake (Baked)
✔️Caramel Syrup
3/4 cup sugar [150 grams]
1/4 cup water [60 ml]
✔️Custard Flan
4 whole eggs [large]
1 tsp vanilla [5 ml]
1 can condensed milk [300 ml]
1 can evaporated milk [360 ml]
✔️Cake Batter
4 egg yolks [large]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
1/4 cup oil (any cooking oil) [60 ml]
1/4 cup fresh milk (or water) [60 ml]
1/2 tsp vanilla extract [2.5 ml]
1 cup cake flour [120 grams]
1 tsp baking powder [5 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1 gram]
✔️Meringue
4 egg whites [large]
1/4 tsp cream of tartar [1 gram]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
* Bake pan size: 8 x 3 inches
* Bake in a preheated oven @ 170°C or 350°F for about 60 mins. or more until the cake springs back when pressed in the top middle. ❗️Baking time may vary on the size & depth of the cake pan and on the type & heat function setting of the oven.
