My first time embarking on an interstate off-road trip from Las Vegas Coliseum Road to the Kingston Range, then to Sperry Wash, and finally to the Dumont Dunes. It was my inaugural encounter with the dunes in person, and what a breathtaking sight it was. The experience was exhilarating, albeit nerve-wracking, initially at the narrow mountain pass, then at the dunes as I ascended a dune only to feel my rear end sliding downward. It's a weird sensation at first but you quickly get used to it and use both steering and acceleration to compensate for the drifting. It proved to be a day well spent on the trail, filled with excitement, relaxation and fun.
