Very tasty and quick chopped chicken liver cutlets! Proven recipe! And you don't need a meat grinder. The recipe is very simple and quick! The products you will need are the simplest!
Recipe:
chicken liver-500 grams,
eggs-2 pieces,
large onions-1 piece,
flour-3-4 tbsp. l. (guide by the thickness of the minced meat),
salt and ground black pepper to taste, sweet paprika - 1-2 tsp,
dried ground garlic - 0.5 tsp. Vegetable oil for frying.
Tip: to make the liver easier to cut, it is better to freeze it a little, then it will be easier to cut!
