With about three yards of clear 'table runner' heavy plastic and forty feet of 1" adhesive magnetic tape I am able to block the winter winds from three sides and the top. With the magnetic tape the shields are removable should one desire.
Dec. 17: Word of warning: Found out the hard way that a good gust of wind will release the magnetic tape. The tape does not 'attract' as well as I thought it would. Have since strategically placed microwave magnets on the panels. That should hold them.
