Ukraine's President Volodomyr Zelenskyy is demanding that international aid agencies do more to assist the tens of thousands of people affected by flooding from the collapsed Kakhovka dam. Russia's President Vladimir Putin has described it as an environmental and humanitarian catastrophe, while Zelenskyy says Moscow has abandoned people in areas under its control.
