It's so delicious that I make this at least 3 times a week! Healthy, Simple & Delicious

Ingredients:
Warm water 225ml
White sugar 12g/1tbsp
Active dry yeast 3g/1tsp
All purpose or bread 300g
Salt 3g/½tsp
Olive oil 30ml/2tbsp

Recipe:
225ml Warm water
12g White Sugar
3g Active dry yeast
Mix and leave for 5 minutes
30ml olive oil
300g All purpose or bread flour
Sift the flour
3g salt
Mix well
Water
1st time stretch and fold
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes
2nd time stretch and fold
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes
Last time stretch and fold
A bit of oil
Cover and rise until double size
Sprinkle some flour
Transfer the dough to the work surface
Fold the dough
Divide into 2 parts
Rest for 15 minutes
Sprinkle some flour
Olive oil
Make indents in the dough with your fingers
Salt
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 430F/220C
After baking
Very crisp on the outside!
So delicious!
