I was in visiting a patient and he mentions how he was going to make a cheesecake. In that moment I really wanted to make a cheesecake. So I sat in my car and found this amazing recipe. I'll link it below. So I got the ingredients and made it that night. I finished it up the next day after it chilled and we dug into it that night. So good! There were a few steps but I feel that's common with cheesecake in general.
