Most asteroid occultation opportunities are listed using Occult Watcher. There is an online version called Occult Watcher Cloud and Occult Watcher Desktop. This video shows how to download the desktop and/or how to set up an account on the Cloud. These tools can be used to find occultations in your region that you can potentially observe, and the video shows how to announce your intent to make an observation.
