As I was wandering around Grazalema Spain I discovered a Piaggio APE in the wild. These little trucks are sometimes referred to as tuk tuks and very few made their way to the United States.

The APE utilized many different engines over the years ranging from 50cc to 220cc vespa style engines to larger 400cc diesel engines.

I'm no APE expert but I believe this particular model to be a Piaggio APE 50 MIX from the mid to late 90s. Possibly a 50cc model.

Its absolutely thrilling to see one in such fantastic condition. Anyone can see it's well-used and well-loved.
