- Rocking chair in the room with foot rest for night feeds.

- Mobile hangers over change table not cot. Make sleep space as boring as possible to encourage sleep not play.

- [ ] Night light for you to turn on when they wake in night. DO NOT interact with them in the middle of the night for their feeds… get them up and but keep all the main lights off, change their nappy first so you don’t reward crying during night and then offer a feed. Stay silent and quiet. Give love and kisses and then straight back down to bed. Shhhhhhh.

- Bumbo seat from baby bunting to help build those muscles! (once they can hold their head up) https://www.babybunting.com.au/produc...

- Hypno birthing. (mention Kim Watkins)
