Beans curry recipe
Ingredients
Beans ( red, white, black) boiled 1 1/2 cups- 2 cups
Tomato purée 1 cup
Onion 1 medium chopped
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Kashmiri chilli/ paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Gram Masala 1/2 tsp ( whole spice powder)
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt/ cream 1 tbsp
Yellow/ red lentil 2 tbsp
Dry Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Heat pan add onions fry till softened add cumin, bay leaf fry till onion lightly golden add ginger garlic fry 1-2 minutes add chilli, Kashmiri chilli, coriander salt fry 1-2 minutes add tomato purée lentil 1/3 cup water mix well cover cook on low heat till lentil tender fry and mix on high heat until all combine well you can grind them if you want well mix :) add beans water 1 cup or as you want add fenugreek leaves gram Masala mix well cover cook on lower heat for 10-15 minutes take it out in dish garnish with cream or yogurt optional cilantro leaves enjoy 😊😋
