Living in Sin While Being Used by God! How Ministers Fall

How Can This Be?
1. Miracles in a ministry don't necessarily mean God is pleased with the minister.
2. Minister can lose inner anointing before his outer anointing.
3. God's power flows through faith, at times by passing works.
4. God uses breakthrough, miracles and power to draw men to repentance. It’s not always a sign that person experiencing has repented.
5. Power of God can be abused. Gifts of God can be misused.
6. Jesus and Paul warned us about wolves coming among the sheep.
7. Satan sows tares among the wheat that God lets to grow together until the harvest.
8. The devil aims to let a minister rise high to cause a bigger fall.
9. God delays exposing a minister's sin, hoping for repentance.
10. When we notice sins in our leaders we can’t bury our head in the sand and pretend that it’s okay.

How Do We Process This?
1. You didn’t get a demonic blessing by being in that ministry.
2. You’re not guilty for their sin.
3. Grieve, don’t goat.
4. Heal with time.
5. Drop a stone and pickup a mirror.
6. Be hopeful.

1. Identity is not your ministry position but in Christ.
2. Inflated self-worth leads to entitlement which leads to fall.
3. Intimacy with God should always be more important than influence with men.
4. Don’t let God’s work through you become bigger than God’s work in you.
5. Grow in godliness more than in your gift.
6. It’s not your covering that will protect you it’s your ability to receive correction.
7. Relationship with God must lead to reverence of God.
8. Don’t be driven by success; be led by the Spirit.
9. Neutralize, don’t normalize the demonic in your life.
10. Sweat the small stuff, don't ignore small things.
