Going back to pen and paper for writing, journaling, idea generation and more has been an extremely beneficial habit that I've picked up this year. Sticking with morning pages for 3 months, where I write freely as one of the first things in the morning has helped out my mental state tremendously.

Of course I still keep my digital productivity system active and these notes get archived and scanned into Apple Notes, but this process has been great for stress reduction, easing anxiety and working through thoughts to provide greater clarity on the why.
