Aaron (Nicholas Pinnock) gets a message to call Ronnie (guest star Toney Goins), soon to be the father of his daughter Jasmine's child. On the phone, Ronnie tells Aaron that all of this has taken a huge toll on Jasmine -- long car trips, physical and emotional exhaustion -- and Ronnie doesn't think it's fair that she's going through all of this while pregnant. Ronnie also tells Aaron that Jasmine would have more extracurriculars on her transcript if she wasn't visiting him in prison, and the reason she gave up on going to college in California was to stay close to Aaron.
